These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Hilal Al Hinai ("we", "us") governing your use of the Renavo mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Renavo lets you record and organise your vehicle's service history, fuel, expenses, documents and reminders, and shows summaries such as costs and a health score. The App is a personal organisational tool; it does not provide mechanical, legal, financial or safety advice, and it does not guarantee that any reminder, calculation, health score or detected figure is accurate. You remain responsible for maintaining your vehicle and for verifying important information with a qualified professional.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) and able to form a binding contract. Renavo does not require you to create an account — you can use guest mode. If you choose to sign in with email, Google or Apple, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
"Your Content" means the vehicles, records, notes, documents and images you add to the App. You retain all rights to Your Content. You are responsible for Your Content and for keeping your own copies of anything important. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate features you use (for example, to store and, where you enable it, back up or sync Your Content). You represent that you have the right to store and process Your Content.
Free version. The free version includes vehicle and service history, fuel and expense tracking, reminders, document storage and the dashboard.
Premium. Renavo Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription and unlocks: unlimited vehicles, advanced statistics and charts, export to PDF, Excel and CSV, and unlimited reminders. Current pricing is $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year; exact prices are shown in the App and set in App Store Connect.
Billing. Purchases are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings; deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable and unused portions are not refundable.
Restore. You can restore previous purchases in Settings.
You agree not to: use the App for unlawful purposes; upload content that is illegal or infringes others' rights; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security or licensing (except where such restriction is prohibited by law); interfere with the App's operation or any third-party services it relies on; or use the App to store others' personal data without a lawful basis.
The App relies on third-party services including Apple (App Store) and, if you choose to sign in, your selected sign-in provider (Apple, Google, or an email provider). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App, including its software, design, logos and the "Renavo" name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that reminders, health scores, cost calculations or any detected values are accurate, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle, verifying important information, and keeping backups. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, records, missed maintenance, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 25. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights).
You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update the App and these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law (for example, in-app or by updating the "Last updated" date). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Apple's app store terms also apply to purchases made through their platform.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
